Morning everyone

Knew I'd wake up early, having to gone to bed early

Dark outsdie and we've had more rain, with more on it's way today and tomorrow, then back to our sunshine Must say that it's made all the difference to the fields as new grass is growing and all looks lovey and green

Pootling today and girding our loins, as t'were, for the visit tomorrow. Bente is coming round for dinner

Hope you all have a good day and the celebrations didn't go on too late over in Spain (what am I saying? of course they did )

Went back to bed, listened to Grumpy snoring for an hour, so am now up again

Just getting light and I'm off for a walk - if it rains, I'll get wet, who cares

Tis quite lufferly outside.

I'm off for a run shortly (when I say run I mean a gentle jog as Enrique served me up two of the largest vodkas I've ever had in my life last night! and I think I'm feeling a tad delicate.)

A swim in the now chillier pool will wake me up properly!

I'm picking my bestest friend in the whole wide world up at 1.25 as she's coming over for the party.

We're having lunch then I've got work at 4.30.

When I finish Jackie and I are going for a few beers whilst Don is going to the airport to pick Craig up and they'll join us at the pub.

A quiet day then.

BUt the postman has to redeliver a parcel
that he brought on monday and i didnt hear him knock
bet he comes when im putting the washing on the line
or haveing my fight with my clean duvet cover

wish he would just thump the door
anyway its so cute its a ceramic camper van/egg cup salt seller

Morning all.

I'm at work this morning. Not for long as I don't usually work on a Thursday but I need to get the minutes from yesterdays meetings typed up before I finish for my holiday.

Then home to take poor Millie out for a good long walk - we have both been so busy the last couple of days that she has been rather neglected and not been much further than the garden.

Then I'm off to have my hair cut. I have decided that my shoulder length hair is for the chop - I think I might have a chin length bob. Wrong time of the year really - my neck will get cold.

Then home to pack. Did I mention that we are going on holiday TOMORROW.

Di enjoy your gardening - mine is all done, for once

I didn't have plans to go out today, but it is so bright and sunny out there that it seems a shame not to! Might do my Sainsbury's shop today instead of tomorrow, as that is a nice brisk walk of about 20 minutes

I had a lovely day yesterday meeting my online friend - Herefordgunners from Femail and DD if anyone knows her She bought her daughter with her, who is a lovely girl of about B's age, we met for coffee which turned into lunch then a shopping trip, and best of all we got on so well that we're going to do it again - Cheltenham next time - so I think I have a new RL friend, which is terrific I needed cheering up a bit so the timing was great

Morning all

Bright and sunny here at the moment, hope it lasts.

This morning we're popping over to see mother and hopefully take her out for coffee and cake. Just a few errands afterwards, bank, pay her papers and detour into M&S for some veggies on the way home. Nothing planned for this afternoon.
