Dark and wet here too Di - I'm staying in today though to catch up on some washing and housework, and then some work in the garden with AR if it's dry enough.......AR wants to plant me some more bulbs We might go out tonight for dinner

Looks a bit dull outside but dry, at the moment!

Amy had a sleepover with her cousin last night so very strange not having her here, I am sure she is having a great time! I will go over for her about 11ish and not sure what we will do. Then later on we are going to meet an old work colleague for coffee when she finishes work so am really looking forward to that, not seen her in a year!

Its also moving day for my auntie, the removal people were to be at the new house at 8am today, my mum and dad are going over in a while to help.

Oh and its my mum & dad's anniversary, 40 years, so I really should go and buy them a card lol!

Another hot hot morning but we get plauged by flies in October and the blasted things were really annoying me when I was watering the garden.

A stroll down to the village later, need to go to the chemist, then a beer or three, sat in the shade.

Good morning all! It's wet and windy here today.
I want to go to Saundra's for my tea, that's one of my favourites!

I've got a few jobs to do around the house today and later I'll start bracing myself for when the obnoxious teenager, aka Tom, gets home - I was told to stop whining this morning when I told him he was late. Don't know what's come over him lately but he's so disrespectful to myself and John, yet everyone else thinks the sun shines out of his backside

A couple of John's friends were out on their bikes last night and were knocked off by a car. The driver decided he couldn't wait and went to overtake them on a blind bend, when he saw that something was coming in the opposite direction he pulled back in, knocking them both off. Both have broken collar bones and one dislocated his hip as well.
