Awwww, poor boy

Postby tonicha » 21 Sep 2013, 20:07

My youngest grandson, Oliver, has been up-chucking since last night

Poor liitle lamb has picked up a tummy bug from nursery  and Julia is doing sterling work, but is now worn out (as is the washing machine   )

Why do people send their children to nursey - or school for that matter - when their children are ill????

So no skyping today, will try again tomorrow and then, no doubt, Julia will have got it  so next week probably.

Horrible when they're so young - well, 3 and a half. And he had to go to hospital when in Lanzarote too. But that was asthma.

Poor thing is really going through the mill at the moment.

I've suggested they move here :kick: :kick: much cleaner air, that'll sort the breathing out - it did me :kick:

Oh it's horrible isn't it, poor little thing - and your daughter too :(
Youngest had a dreadful bug at BB's flat, he'd have been about the same age - 3 days after the new carpet was laid
He took him back to his mum's at normal time, said best not to feed him but she knew best of course...and then :-P

Problem is Ton, these things are out there and no matter what the little ones can't avoid them. That is the only way they build up any resistance for the future. Look at it as that is one bug he won't be getting again

Hope he feels better tomorrow

That's true Mm - and btw Ton neither Bb nor I caught that one, or any of their bugs except the odd cold, not even many of those.
Both have had one or two sickness bugs but eldest has always been very good about hand-washing etc - youngest not

Thank you all xx

No news yet, so fingers crossed.

I was just venting a bit MM  Poor thing gets cold after cold (like his mum and granny did) and seems to go down with everything going (as I did, but not his mum  )
