Morning everyone :) It does look a bit brighter here today, so far, after the shocking weather yesterday 8-)

Ally I'm so happy for you, and reckon your mum will soon feel much better - I know the sunshine always gets rid of any aches and pains I might have :) I wish them a smashing time over there with you :D 8-) :D xxx

Oh noooo Ton, not more housey competition? :? xxxxxxx

Loz it;s great to have you back!!! :kick:

Di how is Bry now? I know he's back to playing WWF on Facebook and will no doubt soon be beating me rotten again     Sending my best xxxxxxx

Well after my cooking binge yesterday, I'm still at it today! Making a big batch of lamb casserole in the slow cooker  :D :D I also need to do my roots as I didn't get round to it last week after all  I also want to go out either today or tomorrow to buy a new winter duvet - I buy those cheap ones that you can just bin at the end of each season to save storing them. I was cold in bed last night, so think it's time to take off the summer one :? So I've plenty to keep me out of mischief ;)

Have a good day everyone. (((((((Saundra)))))))) xxxxxx

morning everyone

Well I have to admit im a little bit tender this morning lol! Was my sisters birthday yesterday, 39, and she had a wee party in the house which me and Amy went to, went about 630pm and got home after 1am, lol!  had such a good night and a laugh, drank more than I have in a while, they had made cocktails so had 2 very strong Mojito which I love, then drank a bottle of rose wine with soda - haven't done that in a LONG time! Just glad today is a day off work for the September weekend :D :D

Amy is still sound asleep and I have my sisters dog lying on my legs as he stayed in my house last night!

Lazy morning and hoping to go and get a new bedroom carpet later on, mum & dad helping me as I am useless with these things!

Have a good day all

xxxx

absolutely Ally!!! haha!

the paracetamol have definitely helped, as my head was beginning to hurt, think its more tiredness and hunger as I didn't eat much at the buffet and hadn't eaten any tea thinking I would eat lots! typical me - forget to eat when alcohol is involved!! lol!

Good morning all,

It's bright and sunny here (like me!!!) but rather cold (Not like me!!!).

It's supermarket shopping for us this morning - big deal.

Then it's catching up on a few jobs that are waiting to be done.

Hope you are all feeling bright today. :kick:

Be good.

Morning all :)
Lovely bright start but with a really cold wind - even I am thinking of putting the duvet back on :D

Really chuffed with our Minnie :) She's been taking a tennis ball with her each day on her walk - she drops it by the front door when we get back, and she picks it up again each morning.
Because she's been so funny about where she will or won't go, we hadn't been taking the ball flinger - also she can't manage a lot of running about. Anyway this morning I decided to take it, she trotted happily to the field and once through the stile dropped the ball for me to fling :D
She did it all the way round, but I didn't let her do it all the time, just every now and then, and she did have to stop 3 times for a lie-down and rest. Also her running and turning were soooo much better, she only stumbled once :D
She's been on the lower steroid dose since last Tuesday, and although it's not much lower it seems to be making a difference :D

As for Bb, yep he's allowed to sit at the pc for a little while at a time Kaz. He can't see well enough to do much but those letters are nice and big :D
Yesterday was his first day upright so he did get pretty tired and still laid on the sofa on his side in between being upright. But it was nice to both sit on the same sofa to watch TV for a while :)

Ally not long now; I'm sure you'll all feel better just for your mum being there, it's a good time of year to be escaping the autumn chills :)
Glad you're feeling better Saundra x And hope you feel better soon Poll ;)

Today I'm going to attempt giving Bb a shave - I've never shaved anyone before  And washing his hair - he's not allowed to get tap water in his eye, but he can bathe it in cooled boiled water - so have just thought, I could boil the kettle then :) And a few bits of boring paperwork.
Oh and the hoovering :D
Have a good day all
Di
