Have choices though - just peppered, with sauce, the mushrooms as sauce, with mild blue cheese? Decisions, decisions...
Actually, we both like to have raw spinach with it when there's a sauce, or at least a big pile of salad leaves, and Bb fancied the onion rings which wouldn't go - peppered it is then, cooked in the griddle pan. Thanks, you've helped me decide
