We had a not-bolognese pasta bake thing. A recipe I found online that I'll post a link to when I find it again
I adapted it a bit and was able to use a portion of the bolognese sauce I froze on Sunday, then added more tomato sauce, some sundried tomatoes, smoked paprika and smoked bacon - and water.
Then you mix it with penne, put it in a lasagne dish and top with first parmesan then grated mozarella, and bake it. Very nice, and the dish was emptied
Plus garlic & cheese bread, and salad leaves. And Sicilian lemon tart for pud
