I had a couple of tortilla wraps a day over their "use by" date, but I had no fillings for them and didn't want to sling them.

What I did have was some cheese and, in the freezer, some pizza sauce.

Two delish super thin and crispy pizzas.

Today I have slung an invading Slow Worm in my hallway out of my front door. Killed a wasp that had come inside and was slamming itself against the window. Just helped a beautiful butterfly to escape back outside where it belongs rather than in my kitchen.

I put my yellow marigolds on to pick up the Slow Worm then walked to my car parked opposite in the street still wearing my marigolds. Nodded a cheery hello to several neighbours who must have wondered.

Pasta sauce - why didn't I think of that for my courgettes!

I feel a cooking session coming on.

I throw some chopped peppers into mine too.
