I cannot slice bread properly.

One side is a door stop, the other is almost transparent

And the other slice has a dip in the middle, somehow

God Saundra I wished you lived nearer as we've had a huuuuuuge crop this year.

Funnily enough just a few minutes ago I'd said to Don my dad would plough his way through the pears as he adores them.

We've been eating loads of them, I've poached them in wine, I've made pear crumble, I've made pear tarts, bunged them in a fruit salad, gave them to the neighbours...and we've still got zillions.

I left for my run at 7.15 this morning..and met Jacob and Conor at the gate as they'd just got home from the Malaga feria.
