Ton there was one on the local freecycle email today, there often is

It was a high of 18 degrees here today! I don't understand, it's the middle of winter, it should be 5 degrees

Not that I'm complaining. But I want to know if I should plant my spring garden now or will winter still come? And I think we may be at the e ginning of another drought Time will tell
