This is a lovely article, albeit very sad (added for Ria and anyone else at work)

remind me to NOT read stories like then when I'm at work :(

I don't know why, but Ben Fogle has always been someone I'd like to meet. I may be wrong, but he seems such a normal down to earth person with no airs and graces.

The only time I've actually sobbed uncontrollably was in the same situation with my beautiful Pepper...lovely article.

Same with our lovely cat Oscar, I cried all the time as I was driving home and Mr. Osc and I sobbed while burying him in the garden.

Oh Osc it was dreadful, have to say they were lovely at the vets. Once home it was ages before I felt I could phone my mum to let her know but the second she answered I started sobbing again and just couldn't speak. She knew it was me (fortunately!) and knew why and started sobbing herself...after 10 minutes or so of neither of us managing to speak my dad came on and said they'd phone me back later :D  :D  At least now I can think of it as being funny :)
