It's raining here, which is a bit of a beggar as it's B's birthday BBQ tonight Not a huge bash, only about a dozen of her mates, and luckily we have the garden awning - so hopefully it will be ok

Got to nip into town to pick up her cake and the helium balloons I got last week need inflating at Clintons.....then back here for some cleaning and tidying - madam is helping LOL

Mick and I are leaving them to it and sleeping at D's tonight, taking Pepper of course - we're literally five minutes up the road if needed but hopefully not

What a change overnight, it's dull and much cooler, lovely and fresh.
And one of my great big lilies has come out
The rain is in patches on the map Kaz, so I guess it'll just be hit and miss. Never can be sure in this country eh? Hope it goes well anyway, I'm sure it will
Bit of h-word catching up for me today, it was far too hot yesterday. Hoping to get to do a bit of sewing too.

A bit cloudy this morning - we really are having bonkers weather this summer It's still warm though

Popping down to the village to get shed loads of tablets, windscreen wipers - the rubber decided to do a dance on the windscreen the other day, with the blade itself staying put - then a coffee and back.

Salad for dinner.

Hope the birthday bash goes smoothly Kaz and the rain stays away

Morning all Jasper decided to have an upset tum last night, so D and I had to get up twice to take him out. He is fine this morning.
