Great bargains Di, especially the Buddleias, you couldn't have left them sitting there at that price!

We went to a local garden centre on Saturday afternoon as some of the pots were looking a little dead and in need of colour. They were selling off some lovely sized fuschias which were all full of buds at £1.25 each so I got some of those.

Glad you beat the thunderstorm Saundra, hope you had a nice day :)

All planted now :)
It's very easy to spend a lot at garden centres, that's why I hardly ever go! We're very lucky as there are two really good plant stalls at the market. One is a shrub man, he virtually sells out every week. He has most things so if you're after something for a particular spot he will recommend what's good and bring it for you next time. You go early and he'll keep what you've bought - he's near the car park so it works well :)
Then there's a great big stall which has loads of smaller plants, herbs, conservatory plants, just about everything else :)
Problem with those is carrying the plants but that stops me buying very much ;)

Thing is my MIL has a huge and lovely garden, as seen on the pic I posted that time, and she's always needing stuff for it - and I get asked to tag along for company and lunch as often as not, and of course I go......and then spend :? 8-)   I'm building up a collection of garden ornaments at the moment - latest additions are a solar lit frog ( ) and a pair of concrete owls

I nearly bought a chicken one Shell, or a giant butterfly but settled on Froggie as I already have a frog sitting on a swing as a windchime, and thought I might start a theme

Seen yours on the piccie board Saundra, they are lovely :D
