Got one set round the window in the lounge Worked first time when they were plugged in. Another set on a small tree which is on the window sill in the lounge. Both of these are on timers. Had to keep trying the timers with the wireless to make sure the settings are correct. These are now working correctly. They are more than three years old. When I take them down, coil them up neatly and pace them on a piece of old fely in a large plastic box which goes in the attic.
Put another set up round the front door. Two bulbs not lighting so bought three spares. Put two new ones in and switched on. Even more bulbs didn't light up. So on Saturday bought a new set. Worked OK for about two hours. Had set the control box so that they flashed. There were five different settings. So on Sunday tok then back and changed them for a set with smaller LED bulbs. Switched on and off last night using a timer and look better than the first set.
Use plastic suckers to hold the cable to the glass.
Will try and take a photo and post it.
