I phoned the vets early; didn't want to take her in because of my dentist appointment, they said a vet would phone us.
They phoned while I was out. Today she's to have an extra half steroid tablet (just done that).
Rice and chicken should be ok, plus yoghurt, so Bb's just nipped out to get that.
The enlarged spleen could cause the runs.
Don't think they have any answers really, except to try this.
Apart from the runs though she's ok today, quite waggy and of course hungry.

Thank you all
She's had a few little portions of rice and yoghurt, some with chicken. I'm not intending giving her any more tonight; have to balance what she needs with my own sanity. Will just have to wait and see what comes out
