Yesterday's meeting now seems even more wonderful than it did last night.

I'll post the photos I took later, when I've sorted out all the changes they've made to Flickr.

It's the first time in my long life that I have been mobbed by crowd of lovely women.

Can't be bad.

Oh Aggers..I just laughed out loud remembering your face when a horde of us shrieking ladies mobbed round you!!

What a happy, happy day. :D :D :D :D

Glad you made it home safely Aggers, you thought you'd escaped us only to be mobbed on the street outside ;)

Ria's nails...oh my God, they were absolutely gorgeous!!! :D

Thanks everyone for a wonderful, happy and memorable day - can't wait to see you all (and more!!) again :D :D

So did I darling Rosemary, but I could only eat one and requested for the other one to be put in a container "To take away" Have just offered it to Barney my dog no takers!!
(I was politely told it was not a take away.) however the restaurant was Marvellous value for money as was the hotel..I must say that the group was beyond my expectations, full of love and laughter.. Dear John took off, we were all amazed at the speed he ran up and down stairs finally escaping!!
I think I must have drank ten half's of shandy, I kept off the hard stuff
The laughter and fun had by every one was amazing .. And what a labour of love for Rosemary to fly in from Dublin.. We are a wonderful unit on VV such interesting loving individuals whom I have noticed, are there to comfort and advise each other when needed.. We are all truly blessed to be part of it. Thank you girls and boys for a wonderful day, and Frank who didn't shirk his duty and remained up with the girls to the end.. :D :D

Well I got home shortly after 3pm and can only echo what everyone else has said - what an absolutely AMAZING bunch of people. I had such a fantastic time and cannot wait for the next one. The Premier Inn was amazing for what we paid; the Joint Stock just THE perfect place for such an event meet and the breakfast at the Briar Rose exactly what was needed this morning. Kate - did Barney eat the sausage at least ;)

I am actually quite astounded that my head wasn't sore this morning - I certainly did my best to ensure the wine industry was turning a profit; and I think I may have succeeded  and I think I did a fair job of keeping up with Ally :D :D :D

But best is Debih who was expecting me to turn up in a twin set and pearls       - that did make me giggle. I'll do my best to oblige when I come up your way for a visit; I'll borrow my mom's pearls!

Just a perfect perfect meet in every which way

Ria
