2. I had a call from Argos yesterday to say my broken 8 month old iPod had been repaired and it was ready to collect. They'd estimated 2- 3 weeks when I took it in on Wednesday last week. I went in to get it this morning and the man brought out a lovely shiny brand new one, they'd replaced it rather than repair it.
3. We took Tom suit shopping this afternoon for his prom and thought we were in for one heck of an ordeal. He's so skinny and tall and I was envisaging him in a slim fitting trendy suit (with Converse which were delivered earlier in the week) but could we find an affordable one in his size?? He's still growing and chances are it'll only be worn once or twice so I didn't want to spend too much. We finally found one in Next, the last place we'd looked, and it's lovely quality and looks gorgeous on him, and it was just £79!! I was surprised it was so cheap in there! He's chuffed to bits with it, tried it on again when he got home with a shirt and I've just had to make him get changed out of it to cook dinner
He also got some waterproof walking shoes too for when he walks Billy, much needed but it's not often he comes shopping with us so we've not been able to get any.4. Joe is indebted to me because I treated him to the new Manchester United shirt seeing as Tom had had so much
