I started a new book yesterday - and stayed up very late reading it last night. It was brilliant.

Accidents Happen by Louise Millar. It is her second book and I will be ordering her first one (Playdate) from the library tomorrow.

This afternoon I started a book that I bought in the Kindle sale last week. Magpies by Mark Edwards. I'm 29% of the way through it (don't you just love a Kindle for telling you that) and so far, so good.

Just last night finished one by Linda Green called 10 Reasons Not to Fall in Love - it sounds as though it would be quite 'frothy' but there's a quite dark side to it as well which had me gasping in shock when I read it 8-) I'm going to look out for more of her books, they seem to all be set in West Yorkshire with good backgrounds to them :) I have two more library books but I always take a day or two to start a new one when I finish a good one, it's like a sadness that I have finished a good book and need to give it a decent amount of time to digest it :D Before the Linda Green I read a Marian Keyes, Last Chance Saloon, enjoyed that one too :D

I have read a few Lilian Harry stories in the past, enjoyed them all :)

Debih if it takes me a week to read a book, I consider that quick

I am reading The Kashmir Shawl by Rosie Thomas and surprisingly I am struggling with it, which is really unusual for me with one of hers :?

I'm going to order that Gal - it sounds really good.

Its very rare that I read a book that quickly - I just couldn't put it down. It makes me cross when I do though as I tend to start skimming through bits as I am desperate to get to the end to find out what happens. I paid for it this morning though - I was shattered!

What a coincidence Shell.

Only yesterday mum mentioned this book to me (we talk alot about books!) and she said she was struggling with it...very odd as she‘s always loved Rosie Thomas‘s novels.

:D :D I'm sure you will enjoy it....although when I'm reading, like when I watch a tv show, I never think ahead and try and guess what will happen before it does.....you might ;) Anyway I won't say more as I wouldn't want to spoil it for you :)

Wow - I'm whizzing through books this month!

I finished Mrs Kimble by Jennifer Haigh, read Accidents Happen by Louise Millar on Saturday and yesterday finished The Magpies by Mark Edwards. They were all fab.

I have loads of books on order from the library - mainly from the Richard and Judy Summer 2013 list or the Womens Prize for Fiction shortlist (I haven't looked at the long list yet).

I have nothing on the go at the moment and have no physical books waiting to be read - a trip to the charity shop is in order I think. So I will be trawling through my Kindle later to see what I can find - I have over 100 books to chose from so I'm sure there will be something.
