Back to clean the house, hoover, mop the floors and change the bed linen.
The duvets are coming off the beds today so just clean sheets to pop back on.

Lovely and bright here but unfortunately not going to last. It's chilly too; Carole on Tv has been telling us it's set to be the coldest Spring since 1979. In meteorology terms Spring is March, April & May so only a week till Summer
Am wired up today, plugged in to the tens machine, fingers crossed that will do the trick.

Morning all

Bright and sunny here at the moment, hope it lasts through the day

Mother was in a calm and cheerful mood yesterday so we had a nice visit and were able to take her out for coffee and cake

It's Mr.J's appointment with Mr. Ivory what an apt name the hip man this morning. He's really nervous and always forgets what's been said so we sat down yesterday and did a list of the questions he most wants answers to. I'll be there anyway so between us we should be fine.

Morning everyone Di I hope the TENS works, back pain is awful and so debilitating It was gorgeous and sunny here too an hour ago, when I loaded the washing machine, but it's dulling over now - I'm not surprised it's the coldest Spring in 30 years, it has certainly felt like it

Jen that is a brilliant name for a bone doctor All good wishes to Mr J, and I'm glad your mum was happy yesterday so that you could have a pleasant visit

I am hoping that it stays dry today at least - I have a wash load of whites nearly ready to go out, plus the plants I bought yesterday need planting......... Could do with a Sainsbury's shop as well - I've been too busy this week to go so far, and we are a bit "Mother Hubbarb's" at the moment

Morning all
Pouring with rain earlier but now cold and bright with more rain forecast
Going to see Doctor in half hour about this awful hayfever.
He has given me a spray to use at night for the Rhinitis and it has helped -the
effects are supposed to last 24 hours but by morning my nose is streaming again
I think it is all that rape plant in the fields round here. It has always upset me.
Will see what he suggests.
They will be fed up with me round the surgery before long but this new doctor is
so nice and so good looking it does`nt need much of an excuse to see him

Good morning all!
It was lovely and sunny when I went out to the gym, with clear blue skies. By the time I'd finished my workout and was leaving the place it had clouded over and was starting to rain...and it just got heavier and heavier, with some hail too. I'm just home, soaked to the skin and can hardly feel my fingers, they're so cold. So yes, I can understand how this can be the coldest Spring in a long time! It's like November out there.
No plans for today apart from to do the big shop tonight, Billy's walk can wait for a while - hopefully the rain will clear up at some point.
