The thick plottens - guess what happened this morning while I was out? Yep, Mick took delivery of the order - a goal post set for Harry!!!!   Do they have the slightest idea of what they're doing at Argos???

Anyway I shall keep an eye on my online banking and if and when the refund turns up I'll ring customer services and pay them back!  On the plus side at least now I don't have to find it elsewhere

I don't blame you for getting upset Kaz. I really, really hate being made to wait and wait when a supplier is supposed to show up at a certan time and then don't. It's like they're saying their time is just so much more important than mine.... grrr.
Glad you got the stuff in the end, tho. I'd schedule a day for the refund to show up and then don't send it for another week.

No but I would feel guilty if I didn't. It's a pressie for H as well and I believe in Karma - so I'll pay them back 8-)

I'd be the same Kaz. I was in Argos some years ago, buying a Playstation console just before Christmas. It was crazy busy, staffed by young temporary staff and there was a mix up with the bundle pricing on the till and it wasn't until I got home that I realised that I'd been charged considerably less than I should've been :? I went back the next day and the manager gave me a £20 voucher for my honesty.
