Well at least it's fine and dry here, although a lot of white cloud. They say we might have some sun later on.

Good morning to you Ally, enjoy your sun.

I just read in the DM magazine that it is time to prune back the early flowering clematis plants. Ours has only just shown signs that it will come into flower soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning both, and everyone :D

Ally you enjoy the sunshine 8-) Rodo the gardens are so late this year aren't they? Apart from my MIL's, strangely, which is a fabulous riot of colour already - it looks amazing, I don't know how she does it :? Ours looks awful, really scruffy, but every time I try to get out there it rains! At least I got the lawn done at last

Lazy Sunday here, enjoy your day everyone :)

Morning everyone

A bit cloudy, but at least the wind has dropped. Still not hot  And the wet stuff is still around  :o  with more to come - never had rain in May before, not for the last 8 years, anyway

Off to Bente's, as her daughter and grandchildren are going back to Norway this morning and apparently, sticky fingers are everywhere, so a full clean, no doubt 8-)

Might do a stop at Aldi's on the way back, for beer. Might need it after 6 hours cleaning

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning :)
Very dull here. After yesterday's lovely start it was mostly cloudy with odd bits of sun. Ally nooooo, you carry on, it's nice to realise there is some sunshine somewhere :D
Hope it's not too bad Ton, you'll deserve a beer or three :)
Rodo even way down here things are very late, the choisyas are only just coming out, and I haven't seen many clematis either.

Think we're going to see Bb's mum and dad sometime today, but as for the idea of a walk to the quay, probably not. Minnie might get a trip round the sea wall this morning though :)
Hope everyone enjoys the day

Enjoy, Di :) 8-)

Well I was going to cook our usual roast as I was expecting B home soon, but just had a text and she is having such a good time in Brum with her friends that she won't be home until tonight, so Mick and I have another 'us' day and seeing as the sun is out and the forecast good for once we are now deciding which pub with garden to go to for our lunch :D The garden will wait

Peps will need a good walk first, but after that the day is our lobster! :D :D 8-)
