Good morning.

Forecast 36° but I think we might have a breeze as I woke to our bedroom shutters rattling.

The children broke up from school yesterday which heralds festivo de San Juan which is our local saint so a holiday here.
Last night the beaches were full of parties and people camping out overnight.

There will be celebrations all day in our town so we'll walk in for a look, have some cold beer and lunch.

Tomorrow is the opening of our feria until Sunday so there's great excitement in the air. The Spanish sure love to party and celebrate.

Lovely and fresh this morning, before we get to 43C later this week. For a few days too

I have some ironing to do and that's it for today. A lazy day for a change.

Morning all, it’s quite a dull one and quite humid.

Me and George have had our walk. I’ve got some washing to do today, so there’ll be ironing.

We went scrumpimg last night, sort of. Next door’s cherry tree overhangs our fence and there were some beautiful bunches of cherries on a couple of the overhanging branches so we got the stepladders out and John got them down before the birds eat them all. There were more than I expected though so there’s now a large pasta bowl full of very tasty cherries in the fridge

Good morning Aly, JanB and anybody else who is up..

It is 19C this morning and raining. Not heavy but there are a lot ofpuddles.

Goingto Lidl for some shoppping. I also want some more tape to do up another parcel to send to my grand-daughter. I got a rel but it was not good quality stuff
Like I normaly have.

Good results from my liver ultra sound scan yesterday. No sign of any problems.

Morning all, it’s dull here with occasional drizzle. I was up early to bring Edward and Michael to play golf, Michael will find it a bit different from Portugal! I feel much better today but still need to catch up on sleep, hopefully might do that tonight. Edward is giving me his old phone now that he has set up his new one, he backed up mine last night and restored his old one to factory settings, so the transfer might happen later today. The glitch on his old phone shouldn’t bother me particularly as what mostly happens is that reception drops out when we are in the car and he is using Google maps. It seems to be a glitch with the phone itself as he has explored all options to try and fix it. I’ll still have my old phone if all else fails.

Bathrooms to be cleaned today and I’ll probably go and meet Edward and Michael for a cuppa after their golf. Deliveries expected from An Post and Amazon, the postman knows what to do and I’ll leave a note for Amazon.

We're expecting a Tesco delivery later this afternoon so a reasonably easy day beckons.

It was drizzling here first thing, but is beautiful now, warm but a fresh breeze We had breakfast out, and are now round at D’s. She had a new washing machine delivered this morning, so Mick has just installed it. We’ll be going home soon as I have a load of ironing waiting for me

Well if been in hospital again Saturday till Sunday afternoon pneumonia again it hadn't cleared in places plus new area on right side because in in a nursing home
who do drugs hospital thought I would be ok I wasent had to call ambulance Sunday night who managed to stabilize my breathing sigh today if been checked every hour by manager so tomorrow is another day
