Trump Fraud appeal in court

Postby Suff » 11 Oct 2024, 00:00

Everyone who is super comfortable calling Trump a Fraudster needs to watch the following video.

https://www.tiktok.com/@teameffujoe/video/7423942053270261035

I didn't follow the case but just listen to what he has to say. Not only are the judges on the Appellate court not happy about the conviction, they are beginning to come to the conclusion that the Trump Fraud case was election interference and that the Lawyers, the attorney general and potentially the Judge need to be charged with various breaches of the law and election inteference.

I doubt you will read this in the press so thought I'd share.

Have a listen. It is something I and many others have been saying for many months now.

It also might lead some people to question the other case where Trump has been found guilty of other "crimes". Almost all of which would normally be dealt with as misdemeanors or even outright dismissed if it was not Trump.

This story is far from over and has a very long way to go. Lawfare has to be solid. Listen to the video about the questions the judges said.

Also I want everyone to remember that at the outset of the "Fraud" case the judge said to Trump, "I have no interest in anything you have to say, I have made my mind up". Interesting thing a judge saying about evidence for the case. The appellate judges are not so closed minded.

I believe it's called "Lawfare".
It's a strange thing. When a politician steps outside of what is deemed acceptable, with what ferocity they are attacked.
You can look at Trump, or Salvini, or Orban, or Le Pen indeed Farage.
There is very little "I disagree with what you say but will defend to the death your right to say it" these days.
The media portrays them as being unquestionably bad, end of.
They are demonised; and people seem to very easily believe what they are told.

Quite. We should all feel free to express ourselves in any way we want so long as they are not slanderous, libellous, hateful or inciting malicious acts.

As for the video. It is well over-egged but is essentially what was reported in the Guardian, Reuters, Forbes and hundreds of other outlets, it's just that few of us give a damn.

At the time I posted I couldn't find it in any of them. I suspect they responded to other media gaining traction.

One of the huge travesties I feel about Elon's take over of X and the incredible firestorm of lawfare and criticism he has faced since, is that he went into it saying "It is not free speech unless someone can say something you totally disagree with and that they have the right to say it without being censored".

Somehow that message has been lost and all the take downs for Illegal/abuse are held up as examples of Elon going back on his word.

The huge excesses of judges, courts and juries for political reasons against Trump is now slowly being rolled up and the perpetrators of that Lawfare are starting to face the possibility that they, rather than Trump, will pay the for the consequences of their actions.

The level of hate these days worries me. It is also hate that sometimes seems to exist without a logical reason. Just not agreeing with someone on a subject can lose you a friendship, for no good reason that I can see.
As for Musk I think what we are talking about here is media control and going along with the rest of the billionaire herd.
Before Musk took over Twitter / X it was more or less your standard social media platform. It banned right wing commentators like Laurence Fox and Katie Hopkins in this country and was resolutely against Trump and the Repubicans in the USA. Now under Musk X is more open. Hopkins and Fox are back. Regardless of your opinion of them x now reflects a broader range of opinions.
Which is not what the rest of the billionaire owned social media sites want. They want the only opinions to be on show to be their opinions.
So they hate Musk for disrupting their monopoly.

They hate him for that but also they hate him for not having 16 houses, a massive superyacht on every continent and that he spends the vast majority of his life working, gaming, or with his kids. In fact Musk thinks more than a week on holiday is purgatory. Not your standard Billionaire and when he became the very richest of them the disparity became even larger.

Now he is on X actively tearing into their carefully laid schemes to control the governments, control the people and make their cash pile exponentially larger. They hate Trump because they simply can't control him. They hate Elon too because all the normal levers "we'll collapse you stock and take away 75% of your money" simply can't work on him. He doesn't spend much money so he is not at risk, 2 or 3 billion would allow him to keep doing what he is doing and keep opening new companies in new fields like Neuralink.

The nearest they can get to is to put him in prison and he has been building a very strong legal team to avoid exactly that since Biden came into the White House.

When Elon bought X he said that the hate sphere was going to spiral into overdrive and they would try to put him in jail. Very clearly for the record he said "I am not suicidal and never will be".

Roll forward 2 years....

There are things unsaid which you really have to follow closely and concentrate on. The "rich" tried to defund X by pulling their advertising. Leading to Elon's now famous G.F.Y statement on blackmail.

But if you were paying attention you would know that Elon said and did specific things when buying Twitter. He said that if your entire revenue source was advertising then you did not own your platform, the advertisers did. This was also a sly dig at Google. What did he do? Well after he sacked 85% of Twitter staff he sold another $7.5bn of shares. This is after the acquisition, after dumping the staff and unilaterally exiting extortionate rental contracts with a "so sue me"; this was at a time when he should not have needed to sell any more of his Tesla shares.

$7.5bn represents the X running costs for 5 years with zero revenue. Elon's estimate to transition X to the financial everything app? 5 years.

The "rich" are frantic. They are attacking everything he does but bouncing up against boundaries. You can't hold back SpaceX without endangering Artemis and by 2030 Artemis will have consumed $200bn of US public funds. In fact they would be far better off trying to get him direct funds so he can get to Mars faster. Then they would be shot of him.

Then Trump? With the Fraud conviction being crushed, considering it should never have happened in the first place, this is one more nail in the Lawfare coffin and the "rich" become more and more desperate. They literally Have to kill him because in reality, outside of press and media massaged stats, Harris has extremely low support. The only reason she's getting even around 30% of the votes is the number of people who truly hate Trump.

This is insanity plus in terms of how to run a country and a world. One of the reasons Elon wants Mars and Human society 2.0.

Keep watching but spend some time remembering and a lot more time listening for what certain statements imply.
