Oh I like that layout - and that price for a new-build! Wow! :D

Yes, you're a fair bit younger than us - plenty of time yet to downsize ;)

I'm hoping the conservatory makes all the difference, Jo - but if it doesn't it's a plus point for selling

My friend Emma’s daughter and her boyfriend have made an offer on this beautiful Cotswold Cottage near Stroud :) Ideal for them, they’re both country lovers. S is a solicitor but keeps two horses and a pony nearby, and J is a farm worker. Keep your fingers crossed for them :)

It's so much better suited to them than their current house, although that is very nice. Sophie has three horses - one she rides, an older horse with arthritis that can't be ridden, and a rescue pony, she keeps them at a stable in Winchcombe. She also has two Hungarian Vizlas, and rescue chickens

This is what they're selling :)

Blimey Kaz, I’ve got kitchen envy! That’s a lovely house, fingers crossed it’ll sell soon. It should do, looks like you’re getting a lot of house for your money and you wouldn’t need to do anything to it. Plenty of off road parking too.
