Haggle, then haggle some more.

A while back Vodafone offered me full fibre for £29 pcm. I got a letter today to confirm the change but the installation date was wrong so I called them. We had a good chat and I said that I was not happy at being messed about and might move. That did not go down well so I said that I might stay if... With that I got the price down to £27 pcm.

That's not bad for unlimited full fibre and shining bright new equipment with extended Wi-Fi. When it's warm I can now sit out on the green / garden and still be connected. :D :D :D

Saundra, I told them that I had set aside the original date so that they could come in to do the work. I told them that I now had to cancel my day and had to redo it for the new date and that meant rearranging things all over again and I wanted compensation, or else.

I was adamant, and it worked.

My broadband and mobile phone contracts end soon. I will haggle as I have had problems and they have stil not answered my simple questions
after several letters. I will just tell themI am going to go to anothet supplier.

A reduction in price or else I leave.

My BIL used to do that with his mobile phone contract. Until eventually the sales person on the other end of the phone simply said "go somewhere else, we don't want you"....
