Morning all :)

I'm up early as it's Friday and SW meeting day :) I do enjoy it, they're a friendly crowd and we have some laughs :) Mick will pick me up from Emma's afterwards, today we're taking D into the Quays with us as she wants to do some Christmas shopping. We'll have a bite of lunch there too :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Sunny but cool.

I actually find all shopping boring, do it because it has to be done.

Cleaning for me this morning and then out again to cover up the rest of the plants, as long as I have enough clothes pegs  I'll have to get some more next week, so I can put the washing out

Our friends rang yesterday to say that they have to right fish, so we're off to theirs tonight for proper fish and chips :D

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

A cool 15C this morning with some blue sky and fluffy clouds.

Going for a pedicure this afternoon. Last one this year. Will book apointments for next year while I am there.

Will just be pootling this morning

Ally, I bought a new printer about two years ago. I had a small Epson colour printer which was costing a fortune in ink. As I didn't do much col;our printing deceided to buy
a Xerox printer which only does black and white. Have only needed to buy one new roller to replace the original. It does what I want.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s a nice morning here. Edward is going to play golf and I’ll go to my mobility class. Back for Tesco delivery this afternoon and we’re going dancing tonight. I’m sure you all saw about the rioting in Dublin last night - Miss Osc and family were at a concert in town but thankfully SIL’s office is within walking distance of the venue and he had brought his car to work, so they didn’t have to fight their way onto the by then limited public transport. Nevertheless, I didn’t fully relax until she messaged me that they were in the car on the way home. I’d love to ask some of the looters what they achieved for Ireland by stealing shoes from Footlocker

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Enjoy the not boring bits Ally.
Hope D manages to get all her Christmas shopping Kaz.
You can't beat proper fish and chips Jan.
Enjoy your pedicure Cruiser.
The rioting in Dublin looked awful Osc, glad Miss Osc and family stayed safe x

Not sure why, but Ocado's website failed to authorise my M&S card so yesterday's order was cancelled. It's coming tomorrow now, just hope there isn't another hitch with their payment system.

It's wash day, but I've told Ed to leave the bed change this week. We managed to do a bit of a tidy up yesterday so if he's not too cream crackered he might get the tree in and up. No rush to decorate, it can all wait till next week, just so long as it's all done in time for when the family arrive next weekend,

Not much else happening, expecting a Sainsbury's order later this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Ran out off fleece and clothes pegs, so off to Ourique on Monday, to get more.

Bizarrely, the hardware shop is shut on Saturdays   and that's the only place to get the fleece

Broad beans and peas in, that's the horta fully stocked :Hi:

Been a bit blowy, but the sun has been out and as long as you're in the sun, you're warm In the shade, it's blinkin' cold

Evening all, it’s been a chilly and breezy one here but very sunny.

Two loads of washing have been done, line dried and ironed. I got a mirror from Ikea last night so I’ve put that up on the wall in the downstairs toilet and have also repotted last year’s (now not so) little Christmas tree ready to go by the front door. I got the pot for that from Ikea too and thought it might be too big but it’s perfect.

Osc, I was thinking of your family last night, so glad that they didn’t get caught up in that.
