Morning all :D

Bright sunshine here 8-)

These Fridays come round so quickly, usual day for me. washing and bed change. Also got a delivery arriving later this afternoon. Definitely not much time to do anything else.

Hope you all have a good day xx

It’s a really quick process Ria

Ally, he’s doing well thanks, driving me up the wall at times though! He gets lots of visitors, Tom and Joe take him out for food quite often, Tom takes him to the pub for a pint too and Joe will take him to get flowers and then onto the cemetery. He often goes for a trip out to the shops with his neighbour Cliff too, Cliff’s still driving at the age of 95

I went in last week and he’d got a pile of shirts which he said needed ironing so I got on with it (I hate ironing shirts!!) only to then find out that he wanted them to look presentable when he took them to the charity shop :|

That's good to hear Jo. xx

I kid you not but dad had 92!!!! shirts in his wardrobes when we came to clearing out his house.

I remember when they used to come over here for six weeks at a time and mum had packed a shirt for virtually every day.

I don't mind ironing but the clothes I tend to wear need very little care.

I have a husband who does his own ironing every weekend.
I should rent him out going by the ironing hatred on this board.

I don’t mind ironing, I either put some music on or put my iPad in the utility room and watch TV.
It’s just shirts that I hate doing, as in proper shirts.

92! Though I think my Dad would come quite close before his trip to the charity shop - he told me that some of the ones I’d ironed were 25 years old
