Good morning Thursday

Good morning.

Hotter than an industrial oven. 8-)

Going for a Guadalmar walk with Don. There might, fingers crossed, be a breeze by there.

Shopping for salady bits on the way home.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

We had a grey sky earlier  but it's now blue and white :D

Bit of outside work for me this morning, early, before it gets too hot then another day of doing not a lot.

I feel back to normal after the cold and Grumpy is only one day behind me, so he'll feel better when he gets up. I hope

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

Grey skies but the sun is trying to come out. It is only 19C.

Will be washing the car and the windows at the front. Next door there has been a joiner working for two days. He has been cutting wood outside at the front.
I think it has finishd as the big van has not appeared this morning.

Then it will be housework inside.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s sunny and cloudy here. We usually go to dance practice on a Thursday morning but the hall is not available today. So we are taking ourselves off to a shopping centre for a potter around, I have a bag of stuff for the TK Maxx charity box and want to get a couple of things in Boots. No Kellie today either, they have gone to Wicklow for the summer, although she will be here tomorrow as they are coming back up as Miss Osc has an afternoon meeting and Michael wants to play in a tennis tournament, so Kellie will be here for a while.

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast

Well after all the activity the last few days getting ready for tomorrow which isn't happening now, we don't have much to do today. Expecting Boots to deliver my prescription and a Sainsbury's order is coming later this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all.
Watching the cricket atm.
Cloudy with sun here.
Went to Pontefract yesterday to try and close two old Halifax accounts. MrsC asked would it take long and was assured n, we can do it at the counter. So she queues up for a quarter of an hour before being told that the accounts are so old she will have to fill in some forms and would she like to come back when it's quieter?
i wouldn't mind but there's less than £4 in them!
Whilst waiting I got chatting with a couple of interesting people, a lady from Merseyside and a gentleman who had been a carpenter for fifty years. I've noticed this about Ponte, people seem to want to have a chat.
Picking the child up from school later.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all :)

Started the day with a 3 mile walk with Bill, dropped him back home and got changed to go for a 3 mile run/walk. It was horribly humid, very sunny and there wasn’t a whisper of a breeze, I got home just as Joe was going for a run. He found it the same and said he’d really struggled.
Typically it’s since clouded over and there’s a strong breeze now.

John brought a lovely hamper home from work last night, the company is celebrating 150 years so these were sent to everyone. There was even a wireless phone charger (which was last seen in Joe’s bedroom), he’s also had the bottle of red wine for Amanda’s parents  . There’s a lovely scented candle too.

Saundra, I hope you’re soon feeling much better xx

Have a good day all :D

Fingers crossed all will be well Saundra. xx

We got back from our walk, sadly not a breath of a breeze, :? and I've drank my weight in water.

Back to 6.30am walks for me. It's just too goddam hot any later.

Afternoon everyone :)

Saundra, hopefully the antibiotics will take care of that (((((((x))))))

It was an early start here, as we both had appointments with the dentist and hygenist - all went well. Off to Tesco after that for a much-needed cuppa first, then the weekly shop. Just got my washing in, and am about to let some out for Becky. Pilates tonight.

Love to all :) xx
