I think you'll find it's a Government thing, Vic - Department of Transport legislation - so blame the Tories, not Hampshire County Council!

I noticed the other day when I was on the bus, a young person, not a teenager got on the bus and showee a pass so did not pay. Did not know immigrants got a free pass.

Like you Victor I have worked all my life and paid taxes, they come in and are given as much in benefits if not more than we now get in pension
