Justs light and a lovely sunrise. Cooler, slightly, today.

Been awake since the cat went out at 4.45 then had to get up to investigate a noise outside at 6.25. One of next doors donkeys was banging on a fence post, obviously wants his breakfast

Into Ourique this morning, need to do both supermarkets and also get some wine glasses, as I keep breaking ours

Gardening this afternoon and a drink or three atthe bar later.

Up at silly o'clock, I have a Covid booster booked for this morning, an extra birthday present Not sure what else we'll be doing, but we are planning lunch out, not sure where yet.

I'm going into Cheltenham to meet Emma for lunch, she has an appointment there this morning so we thought it would make a nice change from Gloucester The sun's out so it should be pleasant.

Good morning everybody,

The sun is out so will finish the weeding this afternoon. Have just ordered a new lawn mower. Could have done it on line. But have bought
it from a local shop which sells and services lan mowers at the same price. They will deliver it fully assembled.

Had a phone call yesterday from surgery to sayI am going to have a telephone consultation on Monday morning about Colorectal surgery.
Will have to look that up.

JanB I have plenty of wine glasses. I only use one. Can fill it threee times from a wine bottle.

Morning all, it’s dull, breezy and cold here, I have bedding on the line so at least they will get a good blowing around. I need to wrap and post a present to my grandnephew in Cork, the one who was born prematurely if you remember. He will be 3 on Saturday and is a lovely little boy although I haven’t seen him recently - my niece is good at putting photos and videos on Instagram. Just doing stuff around the house today, and I want to go the post office to take out money when posting Tadhg’s present.
