Saundra, the reason your wiggles and hyphens are in the wrong place is because your keyboard is in United States mode, it needs to be reset to English UK.

If you go to Control Panel, then Region and Language and then Format make sure to choose English (United Kingdom). Then go to the Keyboard and Languages tab and Change Keyboards. In the new window makes sure to get everything to English UK.
