NOT.

My administration client managed to knock out mail services fro approx. 5-10 thousand users for about 11 hours today.

Ooooops.

Dog House.

My permissions are revoked. I can't do most of my job.

Not a good week.

The worst is over.

Now I shall have to work to their tune and that is ever less efficient than mine. So they are paying so it's their time. But it leaves less time for my own personal ruminations.

That's ok suff, we've all been there.
A colleague of mine once managed to delete the orders table in the prod database. Universe database. Non relational. Took the majority of us dbas and programmers (about 30 staff) a week to fix that wee oops
