Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 27°. 8-)

I'm off for my walk to get back before it's not nice to be out power walking.

Jacob's taking us out for lunch. :D

SCD results tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely and sunny morning and quite warm if in the sun. Chilly if not.

Lovely long lie in this mmorning, with coffee and a good book. Cooked breakfast for us and a bbq later.

Apart from that, weeding, I think

I must be the only person never to have watched SCD, no interest whatsoever. Or the other one, skating or I'm a ditso celeb in the jungle.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a pleasant morning here and dry too, Edward is pleased as he painted waterproofing stuff on parts of the terrace yesterday and it’s fairly dry. Nothing planned for the day, we haven’t even had our showers yet.

We don’t watch Strictly any more, for us it has become too contrived and has strayed very far from the original concept. The Irish version will be on after Christmas and we’ll enjoy that because it is much closer to what SCD was when it started.

Same here; which is a pity.
A nice sunny morning but unfortunately not 27c!

Bonfire night was very quiet last night compared to previous years. I know it rained a bit but even so.
our lovely neighbour Judith went to the coast last night to get away from the expected artillery barrage last night. Three dogs, three dog beds, her and her son in a Vauxhall Viva! :o
Goodness only knows how they got everything in the car.

I'm dropping my son in town this morning with one of his friends. They are going to a wedding at Bolton Abbey. Tres posh.

Have a lovely day everyone.

Good morning everybody.

It keeps trying to rain. Have been to Lidl. Managed to miss the rain.
I do not watch SCD or any of the other shows. I have been thinking of getting a new TV but is it worth it with the rubbish which is on.
Will not have Netfix or other commercial channels.
Will be doing ironing later as I washed last night and put the clothes on the maiden before I went to bed.

Have a good day everybody

Afternoon everyone :)

We had brunch at Portivo Lounge - raining here and they allow dogs in :) Then went to Ds, not long got home. B and I just whizzed round with the vac and mop as her friend H is bringing baby E round this afternoon, which will be lovely 8-) :) B has bought some food in, so it will be "picky bits" for dinner - which is fine as we had a cooked brunch 8-) Mick might go to the gym later, but probably not as he woke up with a stiff and painful neck :?

Al, your temps sound perfect :D xx

Nice to have a lie in Jan 8-) xx

It was a bit foggy here as well Saundra, first thing xx

Glad it stayed dry for the paintwork Osc xx

Crommers, I don't blame your neighbour one bit! It's enough here coping with one little scared dog :? That wedding does sound grand, hope they enjoy it :D xx

Glad you missed the rain Cruiser :)

Continuing thoughts for Jo and family xxI

Love to all xxx

It was gorgeous day, lovely and warm, but we've just lit the fire for the first time  Although I'm still wearing flip flops

The hunters were rather close this afternoon, so I grabbed Molly and chucked her inside. She really really tried to bite and scratch me, as she hates being picked up, let alone carried anywhere, but I couldn't run the risk of the hunters dogs jumping over the fence.

Grumpy let her out and she didn't want to know me for a few hours
