Morning all :D

One minute it's sunny, the next overcast, it can't seem to make it's mind up this morning :?

Beryl Reid, what a good actress she was.

Nothing much planned for today, have got some washing on the go and will probably do a quick tidy up and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all, it's bright and sunny here but pretty cold  I refuse to put the heat on, although we did have the gas fire on for a while last night. When I'm finished posting, I need to whizz around the house with a duster and vacuum as we have someone coming to stay for a few days tomorrow. There's a wash in the machine, and I have to iron sheets from yesterday's washing and put them away.

We are going to a dinner dance this evening, held by one of the dancing organisations which solely teaches sequence dancing. Never been to an entire sequence dance evening before, but I believe this dinner dance was great fun last year. Quite a few of our friends are going, so I'm looking forward to it, as most of them compete now and are drifting away from the social dancing scene, and we miss them :( So I have a posh frock ready and Mr. Osc is breaking out his navy velvet dinner jacket :D Have a good day everyone :)

Morning everyone
Tired, found Oliver at 2:30 this morning walking downstairs looking for dad. It took awhile to connivence him that dads not here, it's not the morning, and no, he can't play in the playroom with his toys, and yes he needs to go back to bed, and you know what? I'm not convinced he wasn't sleepwalking, but it was too dark to see him face, but he was very cuddly when I picked him up. Then 2 hours later Missey lost her toy in bed, so woke me up to help her find it, then she turned on the light, found it right by her pillow, turned off the light and snuggled down to sleep. Nice to know I'm needed.

Hubby back tomorrow. He's been away studying at the batch as we figured it would get it over and done with quicker. He sits his exam on Monday, so fingers crossed.

Afternoon :)
I knew if I started on here things wouldn't get done so didn't switch it on ;)
It was bright and sunny but very windy so changing every 5 minutes. I did put some washing out, we got it in about 20 minutes ago as it's now more constant dark clouds.
Been out and got shopping - I never get road rage but do get supermarket rage  Surely all these slow old biddies should be shopping in the week or much earlier in the morning :D We haven't got any carrots because they wouldn't let me near them, and I went back twice
They did have packs of Wispa for £1 though, which made up for quite a lot - there's not much a Wispa doesn't put right in my little world :D
Now we're watching the cricket, and Dr Who's on later so all's well :)
Oh and Bb treated us to an Indian meal from Waitrose last night so even better :)

Have a fun everyone, will think of you and your posh-frocking Osc :)

Wispas are definitely better than carrots Di
I used to like the mint ones which were available first time around too.
I wonder what the Wispa hot chocolate is like?

I had quite a similar experience in the greengrocers this morning - must be National Shuffle Day today, and it took me ages to be able to get to the bananas!
