Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely morning and no mist 8-)

Off to Ourique soon, need to do a lot, so will be nice and early, get the supermarkets out if the way before the hoards descend on them, then onto Nelson and the chemist, when they open.

Back for breakfast and some soup making.

Have a good day everyone whatever you're doing xx

Good morning both.
More rain and greyness here, but still warm and humid - growing weather!
Today is Eliza's first day at school; crikey, where does the time go?
Taking MrsC through to see her Auntie Violet in a while and I must remember that it's my turn to buy the biscuits for the gun club.
Also the last ten times i've been into Sainsbury's, they've only had had their own brand wine gums in once.
Truly, the foundations of western civilization are crumbling. :o
Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all :)

It's grey here this morning, which is a tad disappointing - swap your weather for the day Ally? ;)

Hope you get your bits and bobs done Jan :) xx

Wishing Eliza a great first day at school Crommers :) xx

Ok, so rain is forecast for 10am, gone by 11 then dry until at least 5pm 8-) So we'll stay in until 11, wander up to North Sands and the Winking Prawn for lunch, then enjoy the (hopefully) dry afternoon  :D We walked loads yesterday, all the way to the town, via North Sands (we're at South Sands) then round the town, lunch at The Wardroom, by the harbour (fantastic views) then back to South Sands by the ferry - it was very choppy, so choppy the postman told us he was stopping the service after us

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Good morning everybody.
Have just got the car back after its MOT and service. No problem with MOT. Told I will need three new tyres probably in December. It will depend on how many
miles I drive. So may get two at the beiginning of December and then one at the end. It will ease the cost overa few wweks.

Will be on my PC this afternoon. Am going to transfer photos from my phone and out them in order on the PC.

We had rain during the night but now have lots of blue sky with fluffy white clouds.
Have a god day everybody.

Morning all :D

Rain overnight, but it's bright and sunny right now, probably won't last as rain's forecast.

Wishing Eliza a lovely first day Crommers. Our Eliza (great granddaughter) had her first day on Monday, she loved it.
Hope the weather behaves for you Kaz.

It was a very windy walk down to the harbour yesterday, but the sun was out coming back, lovely.

We're driving over to Westwood Cross before lunch. I need a new battery for my everyday watch and then we'll stock up in Boots. Planning a lazy afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day xx

hello, yet again apologies for the radio silence. I'm in the office all week this week plus looking after a neighbours cats, so not much time for logging on (as the laptop is at work for the week).

Hope everyone is keeping well; will try catch up on all the posts

wet wet wet here - at least it means I don't have to worry about watering gardens / allotments for neighbours or myself :D

have a good day all x

Well the rain never materialised, we walked to N Sands and had lunch as planned. Now sitting on the deck of the S Sands Hotel, with drinks, in beautiful sunshine :)
