Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 19 Jun 2022, 05:27

Good morning.

After 40°+ in Madrid 34° here feels Baltic.

David's picking me up at 9 and we're going yomping again. :cute:

When I get back it's a shower and doing absolutely nothing for the rest of the day which will be lovely!

Have a great day.

Winter draws on then Al! ;) xx

Morning all :) It's a bright morning here. We had the most peculiar sky here last night, just before sunset - a bright peachy orange  Never seen anything like it before, but it was beautiful :)

Out for brekky in a bit, don't think B will be with us, she had a very late night

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Winter here  After a couple of weeks of summer temperatures, we're in autumn mode  And it really looks like rain, the sky is black and we're having much lower temperatures than normal

Done the watering, without slipping down the bank  and I'm debating on whether I should put the washing out or not  I also wanted to wash the bedspread, as we're not using it now, but as it's down to 14C at night, I might not bother

Pootling outside I think this morning, after we've had a cooked breakfast. Probably give the pool a miss too, don't fancy getting out to a cold wind, will see how the day goes.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s very dull here, I haven’t been out yet so I don’t know if is it warm or cool. We are going dancing this afternoon and Miss Osc will call in at some stage to wish Edward happy Father’s Day. Golf from America later, where Rory McIlroy is not doing as well as he could.

Morning all and Happy Fathers day to all the dads :D

Dull, overcast and a bit windy.

Just as I was going to bed last night around 1ish we had torrential rain and lots of thunder and lightening. I opened the blinds to take a look, storms down here are amazing.

No plans today, will be cooking a rotisserie chicken to have with salad for dinner around 6ish, vanilla blancmange with lemon and lime jelly for pud. We'll also open a bottle of bubbly to celebrate Fathers Day.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon. all busy morning for me
Even my friend in oz rang me had a few tears
I became a widow 13years ago today
But a cuppa and a quiet few minutes helped to calm things by for now xz

Master O has just arrived back here from some sort of rock festival at The Eden Project in Cornwall, bearing, as a Father's Day gift, a rather large, traditional, Oggy Oggy Cornish Pasty! It was still warm!
I've told him he can come again.

You simply cannot beat a traditional hand-crimped Cornish pasty .... 8-)
