Shouty TV is back.

Well, it has not ever been away with something called Britain's Top Takeaways on every night, but then Eat Well For Less has something to get your teeth into. At least the ultra irritating Gregg has gone.

This week a family of five was spending £230 per week - £11,960 a year - just on food! The guys saved them £6,396 a year if they stuck to the deals.

OK, they have a son with a brain tumour, but still!

Very, very, disappointed. Totally outraged!!!

Nothing to shout at FCOL.

Nice family and some great cooking tips - for everyone.

The pick-'n-mix was our camping and day out trick, and that sauce thing is virtually my base for lasagnes, spagbols, c-con-c, cottage pies, some curries - loads of meals.

I need something else to shout at. It can't be Eastenders or The One show as I never watch them..... helpppp.
