Morning Ally, morning everyone

Supposed to be sunny and warm. We have a very grey sky  Not too cold though 8-)

Off to Ourique later, need to get some money out, to pay Chris and Lucy, as they're very kindly collecting the flamingo's this afternoon :Hi: :Hi: I also need to get an envelope, to send the form back for my nhs pension, as I can't find any

The plan is to start pulling up the leggy lavenders down the drive when we get back and we can have a fire, when we have a pile of them.

Stew for dinner :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning, it’s grey here with a very strong and cold wind.

Bill’s had his walk, the washing’s on the line and I’m now going to make coffee and watch this week’s episode of This Is Us which Disney+ has just notified me to say it’s available.

Going into town later, there’re a few things I need. I’ve got an Amazon delivery coming this morning so I’ll wait until that’s been. I’d ordered a Mini Eggs cookbook for Grace for with her Easter Egg as I know she likes baking, that came yesterday and when Joe saw it he said he wanted it so I’ve ordered one for him and Amanda because they often bake when they’re here  I know Mini Eggs aren’t available all year round but they can be substituted :D

Have a good day all :D

Merry morning everyone

Yay Jan - looking forward to seeing a photo of those flamingos on the wall; it'll look amazing
Enjoy the lazy day Ally
Jo, have fun in town. I was meant to meet Nadine in town last Sunday and then ended up testing positive. Haven't been in ages and could do with (and really was looking forward to) a mooch around the shops to pick up a few things that have been on the shopping list for some time but don't want to get online. Oh well - we said we'd catch that mooch up when back from Germany.
Kaz and Cruiser, enjoy your respective days

Well very very wet overnight, woke up to lovely blue skies and sunshine but a really nippy wind and now it's clouding over again. Usual mix of work and pootle for me so nothing exciting to report.

have a lovely day all x

Morning all, it’s bright but extremely windy here - we heard a noise on the terrace and when Edward went to investigate, he found that one of the chairs had blown over and broken one of the lights  A slightly different Thursday this week, my cousin is over from England with her son and his family and there is a family lunch. My brother is coming from Cork, my sister is going too, brother is staying with us for two nights. Kellie is going to a party so Edward and Michael will be having a boys afternoon, they will eat out with Michael choosing where they go. Michael loves one on one time with his Grandad. Right, better get moving.

Morning all :D

It was very windy overnight, nice and bright now, but it's still blowing a bit.

Everything went smoothly for E yesterday, he was actually early getting there so thought he would have a lot of hanging around, but no they fitted him in without much waiting. The bloods turned into a full pre-op assessment, ECG the lot. He was home mid afternoon, we both fell asleep in front of the box, early mornings really don't suit us these days

Usual jaunt to Westwood Cross and M&S. I'm stocking the freezer ready for when he goes into hospital. Heavy shopping bags are a definite no go, can't afford to undo my op and tbh my ankle won't take it either. I've popped a casserole in the slow cooker, makes life a lot easier when we get home.

Hope you all have a good day xx
