We have sun There was also a touch of frost but we'll skip over that, it's going to be a lovely day
Youngest is here, Bb has to work but locally and hopefully not for long.
I shall get to boring Lidl for some shopping but will also enjoy a mooch around town and the market, and maybe get some jobs done in the garden too

Thanks for the good wishes for B's journey home - I'll be so pleased to see her! They'll be nearly halfway home by now - I lay awake for a long time last night worrying about the plane ride - silly of me I know So I'm tired this morning, and Mick had a callout first thing - hope he's finished soon so we can crack on early with loading the skip!

Morning everyone

A gorgeous morning and we have only just got up talk about over sleeping

Grumpy is muttering and grumbling upstairs as he can't find his shorts - probably where he left them, top shelf in the wardrobe - I'm not saying word can't get one in anyway

Pootling for us, I was supposed to be doing the ironing whilst watching Mr Martin, but that can wait, breakfast comes first

Safe journey for the travellers, I bet they'll be so happy to be home and so full of their adventures too

Morning all. Beautiful day here.

Pottering for me this morning - I am going to strip all the beds I think and make a chicken casserole for this evening. Nip into town to get some onion sets (I do hope Wilkos have some left - I have left it very late to buy them but then again, it hasn't been fit to put them in) and some seeds before I pick my mum and dad up to take them to the eye hospital for dads laser treatment.

4pm on a Saturday afternoon - what a stupid time for an appointment. God knows what time he'll actually be seen. When his appointment has been at 11am on a Saturday it has been gone 1pm when he has actually been seen. I was supposed to have been going out to a comedy club thing tonight but I couldn't risk not being back in time so I sold my ticket to someone else.

Oh I am pleased, it's always a bit of a worry when it's for VIPs

Eldest has phoned, he's coming tonight too
The g/f he had for over a year is no more, and he now has a new one so before long I guess we'll have to go through the meet the g/f ordeal all over again I just hope this one eats
