My son and DIL sent a lovely bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary
They arrived on time and beautifully packed
Next morning i noticed that the little bush roses had died
I emailed the firm www.clareflorist.co.uk and told them.
Yesterday afternoon i got a delivery of 2 bunches of lovely freesias (my favourites)
and a card apologising.
That to me is courtesy and service
