Afternoon everyone.

We had rain this morning, but lovely sunshine this afternoon. Bit breezy though.

I agree with Jen, hydrocortisone cream is the best thing for bites.

I've been to town, been to D's, not long been home. Before that I did the cleaning, and put some washing out. Just had a very belated lunch of some of the tomato soup I made yesterday - not at all bad, if I do say so myself

The joy that is living here.

We took down yet more acorns for the piggies, stopped at the bar, just as Mitch turned up. As did George and Larissa, Steve and Jackie and Ray and Helen, Gez came late

So a lovely couple of hours, sat in the shade, just catching up. Not seen most of them for a few months.

I've put some different gel on the hand and the swelling is now going down. Never had such a reaction to a wasp sting before. Blasted Portuguese wasps
