Haven't done this for a while :D

We had a sort of beef bourginon thingy. I didn't have any carrot, so it was basically beef, small onions (from our garden :Hi: ) mushrooms and wine 8-) Lots of wine :lol:

Mash, broccoli and it was rather good :D

Now having a brandy, to wash it down 8-)

The SW version of chicken tikka masala for me and B :D Mick had chicken thighs baked with chopped veg.

A bit of a using-up meal .... bacon, eggs, tomatoes, beans and tag ends of bread for toast
