Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 28 Jun 2021, 05:23

Good morning.

As we're forecast to reach well over 40 degrees today I shall be mostly hiding from the heat.

I'll be centered mostly round the pool.

Footy tonight. :D

Have a great day.

Vibes for Osc's brother. xxx

Morning Ally, Saundra and everyone

Blowing a blasted hooley this morning and feels really, really cold in the north wind. Cardi and jeans on

Off to Ourique later, sort out Grump's driving licence and drop off the laptop. So I will be out of action until it comes back, unless Chris lets me use hers for a while.

Will pop in and see Jackie on the way back, taking some figs, as she's not too good and then Lucy and Chris.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, not very hot here, dull too. I have stuff to do today, need to return some bras to M&S and get Edward a polo shirt he liked. Also, I want to get petrol, and get air in the tyres as I’ll be doing a long drive on Thursday. Then back to face into some ironing. Busy busy!

Good morning everybody,

The units for the new kitchen have been delivered. They are in the garage. Waiting for the fitter to come. Heis attending a pre-arranged
hospital appointment. So not much I can do. FortunatelyI have got food in for my lunch and dinner which I don't need to cook.
There has been blue skies but there are now grey clouds and we may have rain.

Clever Steve :Hi: :Hi: He's sorted out my laptop :Hi: :Hi:

Sadly, not the driving licence  Because our residençia's ran out and we can't renew them, due to SEF being disbanded and the pandemic too, the driving school can't do it. His wife is going to ring me later, hopefully, with good news. They're contacting the IMT office in Beja and will try and sort it out. We have the QR numbers, as we have registered for the biometric cards, so everything crossed. Otherwise, it's a drive to Beja and Grumpy is not supposed to be driving without a licence. Well, he has one, we just can't find it

Good afternoon.
It's grey and cold here. 40c would be too hot for me but it's only about 15c atm, tops. 10c more would be nice!
Just back from a B&M visit so that's the excitement done for today.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, well it is here, we've only just finished brekkie

Wet and miserable

Glad you got the laptop sorted Jan, fingers crossed Grumpy's driving license can be sorted too.
Hope the fitter turns up and manages to get started Cruiser.

We got out in the garden yesterday afternoon for a bit of tidying. Glad we did, we definitely won't be venturing out there today. There are some really big weeds to deal with, but we're waiting for delivery of a special weeding tool which can be used without bending. I've had other things from them and they're really good quality and even more important do what they say. Even better I ordered it while it was on offer at £28 https://www.qvcuk.com/Grumpy-Gardener-W ... SCH&qq=mh& Just need some nice weather.

No plans for today, expecting a delivery from Tesco and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx
