Good morning Saturday.

Good morning.

Forecast gorgeous again. 8-)

I'm off for a walk shortly...new trainers on.

We're going to Gambrinus for lunch and I'll make sure to get a table in the shade as lunch here lasts at least two hours.

On the way home will pick up a pizza for dinner tonight which we'll have watching Breaking Bad. We're nearly at the end of season 4 with one more to go. :D :D

Have a good day.

Thoughts for Cruiser.

Good luck for E today Jen. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone
~
Sunny out there, but there is a brisk breeze, so it feels quite cold.

Grumpy will do the vacuuming this morning, then I can mop. Then off to Ourique for the jab.

Back to do not a lot.

Good luck to E x

Thoughts for Cruiser and Crommers xx

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning all :D

Up at silly o'clock E's just been picked up for the journey to Stanmore.

Not much planned, first a shower then some washing. Hopefully he'll be back around lunch time, expect we'll have a lazy afternoon, wouldn't be surprised if one or both of us fall asleep

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Morning you two :) Morning all :)

Up early as we have the SW meeting at 9. Chris is coming to see us today, he lives alone and has seen nobody since October, only going out once a week to shop, so we reckoned the bubble principle just about applies :?:  Anyway, he asked if he could come, and I couldn't say no. I am so looking forward to seeing him, I have worried about him being so isolated.

Enjoy your lovely day Ally :D xxx

Good luck with your jab, Jan :D xxx

Good luck to E, Jen xxx

Thoughts for Cruiser xxx

Have a good Saturday everyone :) xxx

Good morning all. Grey and chilly with more forecast.
Enjoy the fabulous weather Ally.
Are you pleased at getting the vaccination Jan?
I hope E goes along OK today Jen. When Eliza was sitting on my knee the other day watching CBeebies I nearly fell asleep! Some doctors say the human body was designed for two sleeps a day.
Thoughts are with Cruiser. Hi Saundra!
A supermarket trip today and not much else. Good luck at SW Kaz!
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is bright and sunny here, but there is a strong wind and I suspect it is cold. No plan, the height of today’s excitement will be putting new bedding on the bed. We’ll probably have a walk at some stage. Hope E’s day goes ok, good luck with the jab Jan, Kaz enjoy your day with Chris, seeing you all will really benefit him I’m sure.

Yes Crommers. Although I dislike having to have injections, because they put all sorts of nasties in you. But I'm asthmatic and Grumpy has COPD, so needs must.

I had the anti-pneumonia jab many years ago and when Grumpy had pneumonia, I was okay. He's since had one, which his lung specialist thought would help prevent him getting too ill, should he catch the virus. We both have the flu jab too.

Now blowing a blasted hooley and that north wind is soooo cold

Afternoon all, it’s sunny at the moment although if the morning is anything to go by that’ll change quickly. On Bill’s one hour walk we had rain, sunshine, rain, sunshine, hail and then back to sunshine

I’ve been to both local cemeteries to put Mother’s Day flowers on both Nans’ graves. My parents usually do it but with not going out I said I’d do it for them. Last year I bought primulas in pretty little pots from Asda but I’ve not been able to find anything like that this year, not that was actually still alive anyway, so I got daffodils and improvised on vases by using sauce jars and tying large bows around the necks of them with some ribbon that I had  I did take the labels off

Think we’re going to have a takeaway this evening from the nice restaurant we ordered from a couple of weeks ago.

Crommers, John’s boss was babysitting his one year old grandson yesterday afternoon while his wife had to take their daughter to hospital. They had a zoom meeting and John said that all you could hear in the background was Peppa Pig

Hope all goes well for E, Jen x

Good luck with the jab, Jan x

Kaz, have a lovely day with Chris! So glad he’s coming to see you x

Have a good day :)
