Saundra, that sound delicious but it's one heck of a tea for one person - pace yourself! :D :D :D

Also hoping Ally got on OK.

Belated HNY to you all.

I went a bit OTT with the voddy and Dr Pepper so had a lie in then went for slow walk in the very cold crisp air.

Evening all, another belated Happy New Year to all. We actually made it to midnight last night, didn’t think we would. We had a job in mind to do today as the weather forecast was for a dry day. We wanted to take down the wisteria and Virginia creeper on the wall of our terrace, neither has done well and failed to do what we wanted, i.e cover a horrible wall. We wanted to do it before they started to bud and grow and also before Edward has his hernia op. So we got at it and it’s done, we got them both off the wall, cut them up, bagged them, then got a lot of the soil out of the pots and into bags. The bags then had to be taken down the steps into the house and then down the stairs prior to disposal. So that was hard work and we were both pretty tired when it was done, I had a very deep snooze in the chair this afternoon! We watched a good film and had roast pork for dinner. Edward is snoozing in front of Everton -v- West Ham, don’t know what we will watch later, but it’ll be early to bed!

I usually buy the Aldi version for something like £3.99 a bottle, we refer to it as Fakeleys, but Amanda bought me a 1l bottle of proper Baileys for Christmas. That and a selection of Reese’s chocolate.
Bloody love that girl! :D
