Good morning.

Bright and sunny. 8-)

Off for a walk. :D

We're going out for lunch today. ;)

GB Menu and Masterchef tonight.

Have a great day.

Maureen had her operation yesterday and seems to be doing well. Thanks for the good wishes. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

although where is everyone - it's 10.30am ??? :) ;)
Enjoy your lunch Ally and enjoy the TV tonight. I missed GBMenu yesterday; was chatting to a friend that just doesn't do short phone calls and I very stupidly messaged her to see how she was doing about half an hour before it was due to start.

Another cold and dull day here. Usual work day interspersed by the usual non-descript pootling :D

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :)

It's been raining, but the sun's trying to peep out now.

We've had a lovely late lie in, only just had brekkie  Not much happening today, expecting a delivery from Sainsbury's this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon. We have Eliza but atm she's over the road at sister in law's.
Grey here and it is raw outside.
We are not moving today, not even to get a paper.
We have a couple of films recorded for tonight if there is nothing on TV and an early night looms.
I hope Maureen continues to do well Ally.
Saundra, you sound like I feel!
MrsC and I will have a lie in tomorrow Jen and Ria, that'll learn you! :D
I hope you are all enjoying your day.

Afternoon everyone :)

Ally, that's good news about Maureen :) xxx

Ria at 10.30 I was out in the cold, walking :x  xxx

Saundra I got mine posted today, that's a job out of the way  xxx

A lie in isn't a bad idea in this cold weather Jen :) xxx

I walked into town to post my cards at the main PO, then up to see D who is feeling much better and had been to her special exercise class for people with lung conditions :) Putting my feet up now for a while 8-)

Love to all xxx

Evening all, we were out by 11am as we wanted to go to Home Store and More (don’t know if you have it in the UK) - it’s the sort of shop that has loads of stuff you didn’t know you needed :D ALL I wanted was Christmas tea towels, oven glove and Christmas cutlery holders ..... but oddly enough we ended up spending just over €100  - new duvet cover, and an LED Christmas tree which we thought was fun and we have put on the window sill of our big window, plus some Christmas covers for the back of the dining table chairs. I don’t care how tacky and OTT this Christmas is!! We had tea and scones in a cafe, which was well organised and felt safe. Then Edward wanted to look at headphones in Currys but they didn’t have what he wanted. By then we were getting tired, not used to being out for a long time these days! Stopped to buy fish on the way home. It turned out fairly miserable weather wise.
