While having a cuppa in Morrissons cafe earlier this came from the table behind us---

Guy was served fish chips peas but shouted out -Hoi,i ordered f****** mash potato you f****** w****** are f****** useless in here and they STILL served him !!!

I thought that such behaviour and the use of such language was breaking the law. Security should have arrested him.

Security should have thrown him out, and he should have been barred. Staff do NOT have to put up with abuse.

Yes, shopkeepers have a right to refuse entry, I think. He should have been escorted out and then banned from the store.
Sadly, there seems to have been quite a rise of abuse of shop staff in these current times ....

He should have been thrown out and I'm surprised he wasn't. Appalling behaviour.
