I've taken them loads of times to other people, they're ideal for when you think you ought to take something :)

I've just made a batch :D

We're going to our lovely neighbour tomorrow evening. We had to miss her 91st birthday as Minnie was so poorly we couldn't leave her, but she's had a bottle of Champagne in her fridge for three weeks now and has been getting worried.
She and her late husband so loved the quote (can't remember who) that you shouldn't die with an unopened bottle of Champagne in your fridge and she takes it seriously :D
She doesn't eat a lot so I've made them nice and little (44 from the recipe) and they're perfect. I have a log of cheesy biscuit dough in the freezer so will bake a few of those as well :)

Did you do them plain or with chocolate Jo?

Ps Didn't have muscovado sugar so used demerara, just as good :)

Have you got the recipe for the cheesey biscuits too Di.

I could do with a good fail safe recipe. And how long does the dough last in the freezer?

I really should not read biscuit threads - especially when cheese biscuits get mentioned
