Kate, please see my post on the other thread.

Scroll to the bottom of the Board index page and fill in the Username and Password fields with the ones you used to set up VV and then tick the "Log me on automatically each visit" box. Then Login.

You will now always login on each vist just by opening VV with no need to do anything else.

Or, maybe Kaz could do it for you using her magic box of tricks.

Frank, I've tried that - the permanent log-in has to be done on Kate's own device.
