Yes, we had some nice times there, Christmasses, and the kids loved the garden.

What a gorgeous house Kaz, I love the garden! It's sold pretty quickly hasn't it considering the price.

This is around the corner from us (you can see the back of our house on the first of the garden pictures - photo 21 - ours is the one at a right angle to the house at the top of the neighbouring garden).
When we first looked at the estate, that day we were bored and cold and had an hour to kill so pretended we were looking for a house, we looked at this house and our house as they were the ones in the price range we bluffed about so that we could be nosy. Joe actually preferred the one in the link, he'd chosen the upstairs bedroom as it had a large walk in wardrobe/cupboard. I must say that I loved the size of the kitchen and it also had a proper built in pantry which the photos don't show.
It was £15000 cheaper than our house but we'd said that if we couldn't make the other work for us financially then we'd go for this one

This is around the corner, if you look at the pic of the living room you can see the path off the estate onto the common through the window with the armchair in front of it.
The house drives me crazy! It's not symmetrical. I look at it every time I walk back down the path and always think that the door and the little window need moving over a foot or so

Just walked past again and the removal men are there. I reckon they must've done what we did and have done a home exchange with a house builder, there are several large new developments in the area which offer to buy your house from you and from experience I know that it all moves very quickly!

Yes, reckon you're right, that's far too speedy for a normal sale :)
