Good Morning all
Sun is trying to break through but i think it is fighting
a losing battle
OH has to sit with his foot up all day today much to his disgust.
He can walk about tomorrow for a few minutes every hour
He has been laughing that it is not painful at all until now
that the local anaesthetic has worn off.
He says he is now in agony but will be brave

Good morning all, it's still too cold here but mostly rain rather than sleet or snow. Mr. Osc has been to the doc and thankfully doesn't have any ear infection, merely some kind of irritation and she gave him drops and good tips for blocking his ears when in the shower etc. I love it when doctors tell you how you can deal with things without reaching for the prescription pad first. Then we went to the post office to collect his weekly money and did some shopping.

I don't have too much to do around the house today (that can't be put off to another day )...then we are going dancing this evening. Have a good day everyone

Good afternoon all! It's dull and cold here, there's such a strong icy cold wind!
I went to the gym and then walked over to the shops, I want something new to wear as we're off out tomorrow night for a company do - not anywhere posh (I don't think so anyway??!), just to a pub for a meal and drinks with people from the American head office - so I wanted a new top but couldn't find anything I liked in the meagre selection of shops that we have here. Dotty Ps, New Look and Peacocks
Came home and walked the dog, had some lunch and now I'm here.

Have a good time Debbie, my cousin lives in Windsor, very close to the castle (by the railway station for those who know the area).

Oooh where was that then Di? I grew up in Staines, again very close to Windsor My uncle was one of those soldiers with a busby who stand in the sentry boxes there

LOL He was an ex and lived there until about 8 years ago, we were mady in love aged 17 but he didn't live there then.....and then just before I met Mick he was an almost bf again and that's when he lived there - not sure where exactly, he lived there after we were a proper item which was in our teens, but I expect in a posh bit, he was a very high up exec in BA.....It's complicated
